Find your inner hero with this Justice Served whole body workout. Adjust the sets and rest periods to your fitness level.
Set up your interval timer to schedule your rest intervals: 30 seconds, 60 seconds, or 2 minutes, depending on your fitness level.
Repeat each move with no rest in between until the set is done, rest up to 2 minutes and repeat the whole set again 10 times in total or as many times as you can depending on your fitness level.

Make it better:
When performing high knees bring your knees at least to waist height.
Make it harder:
Challenge your recovery time. Try cutting recovery time by 30 seconds each time until you really cannot reduce the time between sets any more and still be able to perform them properly.
